How it works

From question to handover

Requests first, bookings once confirmed. Here's each step.

    Choose

    Use the Ride Finder or browse the fleet. You'll see seats, luggage space and an estimate from published rates.

  2. 02

    Request

    Review your dates, area and group, then send the request by message. Nothing is charged or booked at this point.

  3. 03

    Confirm

    We reply to confirm the vehicle, final price, deposit and handover.

  4. 04

    Handover

    Collect it or receive it at the agreed place. Check the vehicle and documents together before you set off.

  5. 05

    Return

    Bring it back, or have it collected, at the agreed time.
