Canggu
A surf-and-café stretch on the southwest coast. Lanes between Batu Bolong, Berawa and Pererenan are narrow and often congested in the late afternoon, which is why many visitors choose a scooter here.
Seminyak
A busy shopping and dining area close to the airport road. One-way streets and limited parking make a car with a driver, or a compact car, a calm choice for evenings out.
Ubud
Bali's inland cultural centre, around 1 to 2 hours by road from the southern beaches depending on traffic. Day trips to rice terraces and waterfalls often suit a private driver.
